More to come Gary. Once I get set up with a new slide scanner, there will be no stopping me!

More to come Gary. Once I get set up with a new slide scanner, there will be no stopping me! I'm looking forward to this event as well; what kind of scanner are you leaning towards Herb? I found some pretty good deals on Amazon, which was where I got mine; I love it, only wishing my PC was not such a relic.

Espeelover I just got a new computer by emachines. I think its an acer X183H and I love it. I would reccomend it to anybody. It has a flat screen and the computer is about a foot and a half long.

Make sure you get a top of the line uninterrupted power supply; or at least a good surge protector. If you get any big surges, their power supplies tend to fry fairly easily. I've had two emachines cook while other units kept purring along. (Both were purchased in 2005). The first one took the mother board with the power supply, the second one was just the power supply alone. I'll have to fix that one of these days.
