Is there anyone on this board that either knew or knew of Jacob Anderson and his writing about the Cotton Belt?

Jacob E. Anderson wrote his thesis about the Cotton Belt in 1939. This was published in the Cotton Belt News between January and August of 1947. Cotton Belt Public Relations used this original history again for the October 1957 issue of Cotton Belt News and updated it. The October 1957 issue celebrates the 80th Anniversary of the Cotton Belt and its predecessor railroads. At some point Cotton Belt President Harold McKenzie had 100 copies of this work hardbound for his operating officials.
Jacob Anderson was an architect in Dallas, TEXAS who practiced from 1952-1986. You can Google his name and find some of the work he did in the Dallas area. He was also an avid railroad time table collector. He passed away in 2001, but left his time table collection to history. Quite a bit of what we know or will rediscover about the Cotton Belt is due to his work, even though he is not well known.
Anderson's original 1939 thesis can be found at the Special Collections Library of Texas A&M University-Commerce and at the Commerce Public Library Special Collections.
