Jerry.....Now that was a railroad view. That is something everboby should see, exactly what they should see. Shows them what the guys on the road go they all the time. Very good job.

That is a really neat series, but that box on the nose has gotta go ;D, maybe I'll Photoshop that out OTOH, I really like seeing the black units with the SP details, if I was just getting into the hobby today, like I did back in the 70's, I'd probably want to model a bunch of leased units like that! That "box" on the nose once housd a Gyralite.This feature identifies this as being an ex Rio Grande unit.That and the 5300 series number.

Jerry, Thanks for posting pics of one of the best looking locomotives ever. The sound of an EMD "flare or t-motor" in Run 8 climbing Tehachapi, Donner or the Cascades is very hard to beat. Kent in Carmel Valley
