I like to help this friend: www.sp-coastline.com/Have some of you info on trains ( ETTs ) of this area and era? Unfortunately my latest TTs are of the 50s, as I model the 40-49! Thanks in advance Cheers Enzo Fortuna

The ETT that I have is the western region #2 dated October 25, 1987. I'm not sure what trains ran at that time, but I will contact a friend of mine to see if he can help out.

John, I don't surprise of that : Denny said that know you "by mail" ! Espee-lovers are all around! So hi will continue this as soon they find some time.
Just a note here about your last message: "It seams that" CMW #373 was not the Coast Mail Westbound, but it was the Coast Merchandise West, companion of CME or Coast Merchandise East, #374 ?

Ciao,
Yes, of course its Merchandise. I am modeling in the steam to diesel transition era of the early 50's at my club, which is why I said mail, that is where my head was stuck, back in the days of the Coast Mail. All steam or F units in Black Widow back then.
I remember Danny, how is he doing?

I remember Danny, how is he doing? Amo i miei treni! We met yesterday night for a test- run on the "jurassic" coast line south of Surf ( click on the denny's blog on first post in this page ) Good test of Denny's tunnel motor consist and we run also a Mountain with sound (still under SPizazion) with a long string of 40' cars. Given the surrounding landscape... nobody care of age of rolling stocks! Cheers Enzo PS : Why you use this "sunny" color that resemble "invisible ink" used on some 50's movie from secret agents?

PS : Why you use this "sunny" color that resemble "invisible ink" used on some 50's movie from secret agents? Hunh? What does your forum board background look like, I am using the red and gray colors, so yellow stands out nice (sort of like SSW with the yellow handrails). I am guessing you are using the default "skin"; you can change that in your profile, enter MODIFY PROFILE and scroll down to Forum Skin and pick something else, try em all see what you like best.
I did just note that most skins have a white background, so I will stop with the yellow, sorry guys!
