It's 03.27.93 and this train heading upgrade through Oakridge is actually the D&RGW 3026 West. The 5-unit helper is on the headend.

On to 07.24.94 and Cascade Summit. First is the D&RGW 5370 West about to reach the summit.

Next was the SP 7437 West with a nice helper set.

Since the UP takeover, I have been back only a handful of times. Somehow it just isn't the same (and not nearly as interesting).
