Look what I found! photoswest.org/cgi-bin/imager?00015809+OP-15809Copy the Call No., hit "search", then hit the Search button on the page that comes up. Scroll down on THAT page to "Southern Pacific Railroad Company". When that page comes up, you should see some thumbnail photos of period group shots. Enter page 25 or 26 of 107 in the box below, and then stand back! If that doesn't work, try copying and pasting the above URL. Good luck!

I modeled that very loco (2414), but with a shorty 25 foot rectangular tender. It's marked with train no. 349, the L.A. to Santa Barbara local that required a short tender so that the whole thing would fit on SB's turntable for the return trip to L.A.
