With the timetable stuff I've been posting here's an overview.
The Brooklyn, Cascade, Black Butte and Valley subdivisions makeup what was also known as the Shasta Route.
The Martinez, Roseville and Salt Lake subdivisions makeup the Overland Route. The former DRGW trackage, pre merger with the Southern Pacific was also part of the Overland Route.
The Stockton and Mojave subdivisions was part of the San Joaquin Valley Route (aka I-5 corridor)
The Niles, San Francisco, Salinas and Santa Barbara subdivisions make up the Coast Route.
The Colton, Yuma, Carrizozo, Lordsburg and Phoenix subdivisions makeup the Sunset Route.
Except for the former DRGW subdivisions are the Western Region. The DRGW subs, post merger, along with the Salt Lake subdivision was the Central Region.
The Eastern Region is made up of the Valentine, Del Rio, Corpus Christie, Flatonia, Ennis, Hearne, Glidden, Lufkin, Galveston, Houston Terminals, Lafayette and Avondale subdivisions.
The St. Louis Southwestern (Cotton Belt) is made up of the Illmo, Jonesboro, Memphis, Pine Bluff, Shreveport, Tyler, Corsicana, Commerce and Fort Worth subdivisions.

I'll be starting on the Cotton Belt side of the Southern Pacific mainline tracks. It will look like all the other subdivisions that has been posted. When those of you who are interested in looking at it, I will be putting "Cotton Belt" in the same area as the effective date.
When the Cotton Belt side is finished, then the entire Southern Pacific system will be completed.
