As I'm sure all know about the fires here in Southern California.
I live in the San Fernando Valley section of Los Angeles. Malibu is about 10 miles to the south and Santa Clarita about 10 miles to the north. A lot of the rest of the fires are in the Riverside and San Bernadino areas to the east of me.
Today has been a calm day without any of the Santa Ana winds. The past couple of days the Santa Ana's have been gusting as high as 100 mph.
I don't know how this has effected the Saugas Line between Los Angeles and Palmdale Junction. The coastline has been okay, no problems that I'm aware of.
For those around here, stay safe!!
