Not exactly on home rails as #4449 Leaves Pasco, WA on October 8th of 2004 on its way to Sand Point, ID to pick up its train for the "Montana Daylight" trip to Billings, MT. Chasing this train from Portland to Billings was the longest train chase I have ever done. Same day at Cunningham, WA

Great photos I was fortunate enough to be the pilot engineer on the 4449 from Phoenix to Tucson on the AFT. Had a great time fired it a bit ran it some best was arriving in Tucson and seeing my Dad who at that time was the #1 engineer on the Tucson Div seniority list and had a lot of experience running the 4400's he was promoted in 1940.
